At Airback, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
